Some dreams will never come true. It is now time to set them aside, and move on with my life. I've accepted the fact that I'll never:
- Sing on stage with the Dixie Chicks. (Picking a banjo during the finale of Cowboy.)
- Sail on a sailboat with Robert Redford. (Picture the scene in The Way We Were.)
- Backpack through Europe, sleep in haylofts, and bathe in streams.
- Have Ed McMahon show up at my door with a million dollars.
- Illustrate books with my drawings. (aka Mary Engelbreit.)

Marty,
Yes, I have now accepted the fact that I will never go to someone's beautiful home for a soiree and ,to the surprise of everyone attending, sit down at the baby grand piano and play Chopin.
Sigh.........
Yep....
~Never be a world-class figure skater. I've always wished I could glide like a swan across the ice.
~Never be an incredible singer/performer....but in my dreams, I'm amazing.
~In my dreams I can fly....anywhere. I don't see that happening anytime too soon.
~Like Nancy....I too have always wanted to be a fantastic pianist...I guess it would have helped if I actually took lessons.
~Oh, there's more.....
I'm pretty sure I will never be a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. And, I'm not domesticated enough to be the next Martha Stewart. sigh.
