I like writers who don't blatantly tell me what they're trying to say; I want them to lead me to it sideways, and let me discover it on my own. It's more meaningful that way. So I try to be that kind of writer. But I sometimes hide my point so effectively in a forest of words that even
I can't find it the next day.
Just so you know: I'm not dense—I'm deep.
