Speaking of apple pie,
does anyone out there have a recipe for
Apple Pie Cookies?
The recipe I used to have had a sugar cookie crust, sliced apples in a
sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon mixture, topped with the cookie crust.
They were baked in a 9 x 13" pan and cut into bars.
A taste of an Apple Pie Cookie would make me feel
really rich and satisfied.
