What's your sign?
How would you represent yourself with a picture?
In the little town of Colmar, France, wrought-iron signs decorate the shops.
In medieval times, when many people couldn't read, graphics told folks what was being sold...
...or the service being rendered.
...or the service being rendered.
What illustration would you choose to portray yourself?
Think of some words that describe who you are,
or what you want to be.
Some of my words are:
Interested
Organized
Motivated
Loving
Eclectic
Open
Teachable
Joyful
Flexible
Expressive
Maybe my sign could be an elated acrobat with a book,
or a carefree flower child with a filing cabinet.
But if anyone was making me out of wrought-iron,
I'd like to be depicted as...
I love all those signs! The one on your business card is good - make her into a sign!
ReplyDeleteI like the photo of you, Marty!!!
ReplyDeleteMy sign is: The Madwoman of Chaillot! lol
Interesting post. Now I'll go about my day discovering what my sign might be. thanks! ;)
ReplyDeleteI love the sign's...I'll have to think about mine.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the one with all the hot dogs around it. I know that would be a place for me. I think my sign would have to involve me, cookie dough, diet coke, and a book. Do you think anyone would come into that shop besides me? Probably not.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! You are so confident and talented -- how do you portray that in a sign?
ReplyDeletelove the signs..never realized why they were like that...maybe i'd have a book for a sign...or a suitcase...
ReplyDeletehmmmm, mine should be something that reflects "Jill of all trades, master of none"
